Grateful for you all

Just a short blog today about being grateful.

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and it looks very different this year for most of us.

We normally celebrate the day getting together with friends and family to enjoy a nice, warm, yummy meal. This year it will just be the 4 of us. My husband is a vegetarian, my 2.5 year old is fairly picky about what he eats, my 8 month old likes eating everything but most of the food ends up on her rather than in her, and I eat gluten free. Most likely we will be having a very nontraditional meal. However, since Thanksgiving is a day where most businesses are closed we will have the day to just BE, enjoy each other’s company, and relax.

As I reflect on my life and what I am grateful for, I would like to say a BIG thank you to all of the people who have helped make my dream a reality. I have always wanted to own my own business and in January 2020, I took the plunge and opened my business. Thank you to all of my clients who have trusted me to help you! Thank you to the people in my Facebook community who have helped build a positive community to have a healthy pregnancy and postpartum time (if you are not a part of it and would like to be a part of it here is the link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/healthypregnancyandpostpartum). Thank you to the northern Colorado community who have shown interest in my business and made me feel welcomed by meeting with me for coffee/tea or over Zoom. Thank you to all the people who have laughed with me, asked questions, and supported me!

After you fill your bellies with yummy food and your hearts with love, you can practice your diaphragmatic breathing by lying down and relaxing to give a little thanks to your pelvic floor for all that it does!
